Thranduil é um personagem que eu amei, ele é incrível!! Acho que deviam fazer um filme sobre ele. É um personagem que tem história e chama muito a atenção. Parabéns às pessoas que o criaram, ele ficou demais, é um grande elfo que merecia ter mais prioridade.

Eu acho que deviam fazer um filme contando a vida do rei Thranduil, seria uma boa história, e acho que ele merece, como um personagem muito sério e ao mesmo tempo cativante, ele se destacou no último filme do Hobbit, e podemos ver um rei elfo majestoso, elegante, que também tem um diferencial em seu jeito de lutar. Seria um ótimo filme contando a vida dele. Eu ainda tenho fé que ele voltará para arrasar.

Actually, it was Arwen's mother who was killed by orcs. She have two brothers too but they weren't in any of the films.

For as much as they stressed Thranduil's love of white gems and (elven) silver (mithril), they still didn't put one single piece of silver or white gem on his costumes.

One of the things that makes LotR such an awesome movie series, in my opinion, is the fact that every single person who was involved in planning, shooting, setting up, and acting all have a great level of understanding about the backstory and lore surrounding each of the characters and they stay as true as possible while also adding in their own personal flairs. There are a great many franchises that are currently failing due to their failure to emulate these, often giving up the integrity of the original source material in exchange for personal expression.

That's crazy that an actor actually got to do some of the work on costumes, props, and weapons for the film. He clearly loved everything about the film and so cool for production to say "Sure dude we'll teach you"

She is not a great character. Trying to write in a more modern female elf in Tolkeins world was always going to jar and the love story stuff... urgh!

Eu gostaria que tudo isso fosse real. Amo os filmes do Hobbit e senhor dos anéis. Peter Jackson é um grande diretor. Ele fez um maravilhoso filme. Lee Pace é um ator excelente e maravilhoso. Seu personagem Thranduil é incrível, e eu adoro ele. Parece tão real. O filme ficou bem feito, feito com carinho. Olha essas cenas, são lindas, tem emoção. Me faz sentir que a Terra Média realmente existe.
